Dimraeth Pet Locations Guide — Every Pet & Where to Find It

This page is the map half of the pets system: exact, community-verified directions for each of the 9 pets. How the system works — roles, stances, levelling — is on the pets guide; this page answers the question players actually search: where is each one. Last verified October 27, 2026.

The Find → Buy → Equip Loop

• The pet system opens through Myrll — meet her at the Pool of Remembrance, just east of the Earlwood Crossroads, complete her quest and invite her to the Sanctum. Pets do not appear in the wild before this.
• Once a pet is found in the world, a notification says it is available in Myrll’s shop. Return to her in the Sanctum and buy it through Trade/Shop — most pets cost around 50 gold.
• Equip it through the Pet Pen in her menu; it also shows up in the PET tab of your inventory.

Moon Cat — The Shard Court

Location: northwest part of the Shard Court, just east of the Golem’s Garden. Ability — Astral Purr: stays near you and restores Concentration over time, scaling with pet level. The community’s standard caster pick, and one of the two most-missed pets.

Frost Owl — North of the Over-run Shrine

Location: southwest of Corin, north of the Over-run Shrine — guides say to keep running north until you cannot go any further. Ability — Chillwing Descent: dives on Chilled enemies and spreads Chill to nearby targets. The other commonly missed pet.

Fangra Cub — The Alpha Wolf Bounty

Location: reach the Beast-Occupied Ruins (northeast of Corins Camp, in the deeper Wildwood), defeat the Alpha Wolf bounty, then return to Myrll to claim the cub. Details on the bounty fight are on the bosses page.

Hound — Myrll’s Trade Options

The Hound appears in Myrll’s trade options later in the campaign — no wild trigger needed, just story progress.

The Remaining Five

War Cat, Silver Cat, Carrion Parrot, Blight Crow and Ember Hound exist and are obtainable, but their exact wild locations are not yet publicly documented — player guides disagree and one fan database uses internal map codes that do not match player-reported directions. We publish only player-verified routes, and re-stamp this page the moment the community confirms another one.

The Two Pet Achievements

• Faithful Companion — obtain your first pet.
• Nine Lives — obtain all 9 pets.
