Dimraeth How to Move — Controls Guide
Movement in Dimraeth is top-down/isometric with three confirmed input schemes: keyboard & mouse, gamepad, and a WASD & Mouse Hybrid option. The full keybinding list will be confirmed at Early Access launch.
Input Schemes
- Keyboard & mouse: classic scheme with mouse aiming for spells and attacks.
- Gamepad: full controller support, confirmed for Early Access.
- WASD & Mouse Hybrid: move with WASD while aiming with the mouse — pick your preference in settings.
Movement & Combat Verbs
Combat is built on strike, dodge, block and parry with a stamina bar (see the beginner guide). Positioning matters more than button speed — enemies telegraph their attacks, and dodges/parries open spell windows.
Steam Deck
Steam Deck support is confirmed at Early Access — the gamepad scheme covers handheld play. See the PC & Steam Deck page for specs.
