Dimraeth Brawler Builds — Human, Elf & Minotaur

The Brawler is Dimraeth’s melee class: stamina-driven pressure built on strike, dodge, block and parry. Every race pairing gets its own skill tree, so here is how to build each of the three live Brawler archetypes — and where the launch meta places them.

How Brawler Plays

Brawler fights short-range on a stamina economy: every strike, dodge and block costs stamina, so managing the bar matters more than raw aggression. Parry timing is the skill ceiling — a well-timed parry converts enemy pressure into your own opening. The class works solo or in co-op, where it naturally fills the frontline role (see multiplayer).

The 3 Brawler Archetypes

ArchetypeTierBuild direction
Human BrawlerSBalanced melee and the safest first character in the game. Forgiving stamina economy, strong parry timing, no real weakness — supports several gear directions.
Elf BrawlerALighter and more mobile; leans on dodges over blocks. Slightly less raw pressure in exchange for repositioning.
Minotaur BrawlerAHeaviest melee — highest damage pressure, slowest recovery. Pair with stamina gear to cover the gap.

Leveling & Early Game

Commit to the archetype tree before spreading points — trees are per-archetype, not per-class, so a Human Brawler and a Minotaur Brawler branch differently. The current level cap is 25, so most of the early long game is gear and base progression rather than character levels (see endgame).

Brawler FAQ

Which Brawler race is best?

Human Brawler is the S-tier safe pick. Minotaur Brawler hits hardest but recovers slowest, and Elf Brawler trades pressure for mobility — pick by the playstyle you want.

Should my first character be a Brawler?

Yes, if you want melee. Human Brawler is the most forgiving first character in the launch build — strong parry timing and no obvious weakness.
