Dimraeth Best Builds — All 9 Archetypes & Skill Trees

Builds in Dimraeth come from three layers: your race × class archetype skill tree, your 5-slot spell loadout, and your gear. Early Access is live with 9 archetypes — here is how to build each one, and where the meta currently stands.

The Three Build Layers

The 9 Live Archetypes

ArchetypeBuild direction
Human BrawlerBalanced melee — the safest first character. Stamina economy and parry timing.
Elf BrawlerLighter melee with mobility; leans on dodges over blocks.
Minotaur BrawlerHeaviest melee — highest pressure, slowest recovery. Pair with stamina gear.
Human MageGeneralist caster; broad elemental coverage across the 5 slots.
Elf MageCasting-focused with positioning tools; strong if you like staying at range.
Minotaur MageDurable caster — trades raw output for survivability while casting.
Human ShadowMobility and stealth-flavoured melee; the flexible pick.
Elf ShadowFastest Shadow variant — hit-and-run play.
Minotaur ShadowTankier Shadow — closer to a bruiser than an assassin.

Per-Class Build Guides

How to Build Any Archetype

  1. Decide the job first: solo carry, co-op support, or gatherer/crafter hybrid.
  2. Commit to the archetype tree before spreading points — trees are per-archetype, not per-class.
  3. Pick 5 spells around one damage element plus one utility slot; spreading elements thins your output.
  4. Layer gear on top: rarity tiers matter more than raw armour numbers, so upgrade tier before upgrading slot.
  5. Rebuild your base early — farms, quarries and crafting stations feed gear upgrades for the whole campaign.
Early Access rebalances arrive with each patch, so treat these as starting points rather than settled meta. Last verified Sep 17, 2026.
